It is really great to be part of an industry that supports and promotes its’ own growth by embracing newcomers, such as The Langwith Brewing Company. It is therefore important that we reciprocate by supporting smaller, more local beer festivals and events. In presenting the LBC beers to a larger range of festival go-ers, we feel that we are extending the awareness and impact of the products that we have on offer.

South Normanton Beer Festival is a local event in the true sense of the word and, as such, we were pleased to be invited by the organisers to participate.

Out of the beers we submitted for the festival, there was no question that our star performer was our 4.8% porter, Lord Humungous. It was a great hit and sold out quickly on both days.

The feedback we received was also positive regarding our beer:

Additionally, having sponsored the tee shirts, we were proud to hear that the staff and volunteers received them so well.

We also must acknowledge the tireless work and support offered to the micro-brewers of this area by the regional CAMRA branches. Their experience and advice have been gratefully received!
