In complete contrast to the hustle and bustle of the larger events, we were delighted to be asked to participate in the Aslockton Craft Fair this year.  Pedro was out and about again!

The venue, The Thomas Cranmer Centre linked to St Thomas’ Church in Aslockton (a delightful little village inbetween Newark and Nottingham), was perfect.  Pedro was set up easily, just in time for the start of the event.

Throughout the day we met some really lovely people, keen to know what LBC were up to and the brief history of the company.  Again, our beers – this time IPA Lucy Locket, Porter Lord Humungous and Amber Summer Mozz – were all very well received and we were able to glean some excellent feedback from honest appraisals given by our customers.  We also did a fine trade in our new 4 bottle gift packs – further information on these can be seen on our website / online shopping pages.

Attending this event, just goes to prove that local artisan produce is more than well received, with many people thanking us for taking part….. No worries!  It was a lovely, laid back day which we would love to repeat next year.

Thank you particularly to Katie and Susan, the organisers of the day.
